Incoming letters to Horace C. Knerr and his mother, Mrs. C. B. Knerr, of Primos, Delaware Co., and Philadelphia, from Anita Wilson Howe and Annie E. (Wilson) Howe, Woodrow Wilson's niece and nephew, respectively.
